Her extensive background includes roles as an educator and a system-level leader, having served as a Classroom Aide, Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of Special Education and Curriculum, and Chief School Administrator. This unique, 360-degree perspective allows her to create highly effective solutions that are grounded in real-world classroom challenges yet scaled to meet organizational goals.

Susan holds a BA in Communications (2004) and an MA in Educational Leadership (2016) from Rowan University. She is known for her compassionate, decisive leadership and her ability to build strong, collaborative relationships—the true cornerstone of her success. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized throughout her career, including being named a Teacher of the Year and receiving multiple Professional of the Year nominations.
